Ability to use computer proficiently.
Help with administrative duties.
Responsible for incoming calls on event days and dispatching employees
Creating work tickets in 24/7
Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.
Work and maintain relationships with multiple teams. Qualifications for Event Maintenance Assistant
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisor.
