the ADP programThe candidate is responsible for Systems Reliability
and Maintainability Program efforts to ensuring effective interface
with the Engineering Design, Specialty Engineering, and Sustainment
organizationsThe candidate will provide the required Reliability
and Maintainability Engineering training, procedures, and guidance
documents for the program product teamsThe candidate will allocate
requirements; assists suppliers/IPTs with understanding and meeting
requirementsThe candidate develops, manages, and adheres to budget

Basic Qualifications:
-BS STEM (Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautics Engineering or
related technical degree) -Experience performing Reliability &
Maintainability Predictions Analysis -Experience developing FMEA /
FMECA Analysis
Desired Skills:
-Experience developing MTA (Maintenance Task Analysis)
- Experience with Reliability Center Maintenance Analysis (RCMA)
and Level of Repair (LORA).
- Experience with FRACAS
- Experience in systems engineering full life cycle - Experience
advising and conferring with engineers in scheduled Review Meetings
while reviewing reliability findings and recommendations.
- Knowledge and experience with probability, statistical concepts,
and mathematical modelling
- Knowledge of product, environmental and reliability testing or
manufacturing engineering
- Systems engineering and production / support equipment design
- Requirements development, design, problem analysis and
resolution
- Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a collaborative and
team-based environment.
- Experience working with Military Partner / Customers
- Ability to travel as needed
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employeesSchedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensedThese condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
