Job Description:
A mid-size real estate company is currently searching for a
Property Accountant. This is a permanent, full-time position that
can be remote but a qualified candidate must reside within driving
distance of San Angelo, TX and Abilene, TX to allow for occasional
on-site meetings. Company/Position Highlights: The Property
Accountant is responsible for accurately keeping the books and
records of shopping centers, recording tenant payments and
billings, performing financial account analysis, creating annual
budgets, and reconciling tenant expenses. Team has excellent
work/life balance and flexibility Customer-service oriented
environment There is strong mentorship from leadership
Qualifications: BS in Business related field 3 years of property
accounting experience required Qualified candidates should apply
