Overview:Hybrid model opportunity in Fort Worth, TX: Potential to work 4 days remote and 1 day onsite.Pricing and Product Development is responsible for the analysis, recommendation, and execution of rate programs and dealer incentive programs designed to maximize both share and profitability for a variety of loan and lease products. We partner with strategic departments including Risk, Treasury, FP&A and Dealer Services and regularly meet with the E-team to present strategic program recommendations.The Analyst II - Pricing Analytics is a proactive and creative problem solver with an attention to detail and a passion for driving real results. Analysts are responsible for reporting, analysis, recommendation, and execution of program rates and dealer incentives for a variety of loan and lease products.Responsibilities:JOB DUTIESData Analytics: Analysts will use SAS, Excel, Power BI, JD Power and other tools to perform a variety of descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics including, but not limited to loan, lease, and dealer incentivesCollaboration: Analysts will drive proactive discussions with strategic partners to understand and inform the business on a variety of KPI's and key modeling assumptionsPresentation: Analyst will develop and communicate actionable and compelling recommendations to managementExecution: Analyst will ensure efficient execution of approved rate and dealer incentive programsValidation: Analyst will validate and communicate results, explain variances and adhere to audit requirementsPerform other duties as assignedConform with all company policies and proceduresQualifications:KnowledgeGood knowledge of financial modeling, accounting and/or financial servicesGood knowledge of Excel (financial functions, xlookup, data tables, what-if scenarios)Good knowledge of PowerpointGood knowledge of SQL and data mining tools such as SAS, Power BI, etcExtra points for knowledge of auto finance industrySkillsDemonstrate effective time managementDemonstrate organized file managementDemonstrate strong attention to detail / accuracyDemonstrate proactive mindsetDemonstrate respect for diversity, collaboration and teamworkFinancial modelingExcel (financial functions, xlookup, data tables, what-if scenarios)SAS / SQL data analyticsPowerpointEffective written / verbal skillsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's Degree Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, in related field or equivalent work experience requiredMaster's Degree Management, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, in related field or equivalent work experience preferredExperience2-4 years financial analysis, data mining, statistics, and forecasting required#LI-Hybrid
