Job Summary
Moncrief Cancer Institute (MCI), Fort Worth, is seeking an
Assistant Director of Finance to join their growing team. MCI is a
nonprofit, community-based early detection and support center. This
is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your
community by helping deliver a world-class experience to our
patients. In this crucial role, you will report to the Director of
MCI. In addition to leading/overseeing the day-to-day operations of
the Institute's finance team, you will administer the accounting,
finance, and audit functions. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic

Minimum Requirements
We are a nonprofit, community-based early detection and support
center in Fort Worth. We are part of UT Southwestern's Harold C.
Simmons Comprehensive Cancer Center, which is the only National
Cancer Institute-designated center in North Texas. Moncrief Cancer
Institute offers an exceptional level of academic medical expertise
in cancer services. Moncrief works diligently to provide staff

Job Duties
Work requires ability to ensure adherence to all policies and
procedures of UTSW. Work requires ability to effectively interpret
and apply organizational policies, procedures, and systems. Work
requires proven supervisory, customer service, written, and verbal
communication skills. Work requires proven ability to handle
multiple complex assignments. Work requires knowledge of personal
computers. Work requires ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and
supervise work of employees as necessary to ensure desired results
are achieved. Work requires telephone and personal contact with all
levels of internal and external personnel and organizations. Work
requires ability to work with confidential information as
appropriate. Work requires ability to monitor and maintain a
budget.
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in general office environment.
