Please follow this link: http://interview.deephire.com/wxgFinancial Analyst Role:Prepare property valuation and cash flow models in Excel for use in acquisitions, dispositions and financingsIdentify risks and opportunities Be responsible for quarterly close for all fund level partnershipsBe responsible for recording journal entries for all capital calls and distributions activities and all other activitiesBe responsible for workpaper supporting schedules for all balance sheet and income statement accountsOversee GAAP capital account allocations and reconciliationsPrepare quarterly fund management fee billingsCalculate and prepare capital call drawdown notice to investorsInvolved in all system migration and implementationDevelop relationships with regional asset managers and leasing agents in the field, periodically visit properties, and attend budget and leasing meetings in order to become intimately familiar with all aspects of assigned propertiesFinancial Analyst Background Profile:Bachelor's degree in Finance 1-5 years of experience in a financial analyst roleComplex retail mixed use real estate industry experience is a huge plusAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with Argus software is a plusThe ideal candidate desires to work with a company and in a department that can be quiet and organized as well as fast paced and crazy at times.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and presenceAbility to work under pressureMulti-task and prioritize numerous activitiesAbility to work on several projects at one timeStrong analytical skills including financial modeling, risk analysis, and researchSelf-motivated, positive attitude, and high energy Features and Benefits of Client:Generous medical insurance package401k with employer matchGenerous Paid Time Off and Paid HolidaysExcellent company culture!Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
