relationships by executing relationship management strategies and
performing efficient and accurate banking transactionsUncover the
needs of new and existing customers and refer them to the relevant
solutions, services, and experts available within the bankProactive
customer outreach that is aligned to our high touch / engagement
model Develop a strong understanding of the consumer and small
business solutions and service offerings to best answer questions
from prospectsHandle all banking transaction, teller activity and
client requests with exceptional customer experience Open accounts
for new walk-in; coordinate legal account documentation to ensure
compliance with all relevant banking regulationsAssist in community
awareness events to increase bank outreach and foster new business
opportunitiesAssist management with various operational duties and
responsibilitiesAbide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures,
and regulatory compliance guidelinesMinimum of 2 years banking
center experience preferred, including customer service,
relationship management and cash handlingStrong knowledge of
banking products and servicesAbility to multitask and problem solve
in a fast-paced environmentProfessional experience anticipating
common customer concerns and analyzing current procedures and
processes for available improvementsProven customer service
skillsProficient knowledge of PC/Internet (Microsoft Office,
including Excel, Word)Excellent communication skills, both verbal
and written, with the ability to speak concisely Must be
team-orientedAbility to be influential and establish positive
working relationships across the organization Strong knowledge of
legal entity documentation preferredProficient knowledge of
