Job Description Must have CFP Certification Description Develop and maintain expert knowledge of financial planning concepts, including but not limited to: Retirement Income Planning strategies with an understanding of the complex relationship between retirement income sources and income taxation. IRA and Qualified Retirement Plan features benefits, distribution options and taxation rules. Strategies for generating tax-efficient income to meet spending needs in retirement, accounting for pensions, annuities, investments, and other sources. Fundamental principles of Social Security and Medicare planning Identify and model potential product solutions to implement strategies which enhance client outcomes and as they work toward successful achievement of their goals. Coordinate Case Prep for client meeting with Advisor Additional Skills & Qualifications CFP Certification - REQUIRED MoneyGuide Pro Efficient Bachelors Degree - Financial Planning (highly preferred) Investment Management Experience Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr. 7% performance based bonus, We have a three-pronged approach to compensation; base, bonus, and a 15% ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) contribution. Employee owned and our ESOP program falls within 1% of companies. You are eligible to enter into the ESOP program after a year of employment. This 15% contribution is made 100% by the employer- you will never once contribute to this account, making it a significant part of your total compensation.
