Job Description Job Description Financial Accountant (Hybrid) - Plano, TX Pay: $30-$34/hr Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) About the Role We're seeking a Financial Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accuracy for a growing organization in Plano. This role blends independent work with team collaboration and offers a flexible hybrid schedule. Responsibilities - Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with forecasting and budgeting. - Perform journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. - Support internal/external audits with accurate documentation. - Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and established controls. - Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc financial reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - 3 years of accounting experience. - Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. - Experience with ERP/accounting systems preferred.
