Position Overview: As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager , you will take on a leadership role within our tax practice, working closely with clients to provide high-quality tax services while managing a team of tax professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, strategic thinker who is looking for a dynamic role with real equity opportunities and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate tax services Oversee tax planning and strategy for Clients in Many different industries ( Real Estate, Construction, Tech, Retail Professional Services, Manufacturing etc) Lead a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, training, and guidance Review complex tax returns, including S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and individual filings Identify tax planning opportunities and work closely with clients to develop tax strategies Stay current on tax law changes and apply this knowledge to client service Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop firm strategies and initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA Required) 5 years of experience in tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong technical tax knowledge, including corporate, partnership, and individual taxation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team setting Why Work With Us: Competitive Salary & Strong Bonuses: Earn a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
