Fidelity Investments, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Director of Alternative Investments, Regulatory Reporting, and Product Strategy to oversee our alternative investment portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, while developing innovative product strategies. The Director will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance product offerings and maintain market competitiveness. This role is key in steering the compliance and strategic direction of our alternative investment sector. Manage regulatory reporting obligations and ensure compliance with both domestic and international regulations. Develop and implement product strategies for alternative investments to enhance profitability and market share. Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to innovate and promote new investment products. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies for alternative investment portfolios. Provide leadership and direction to the alternative investments team, setting clear goals and expectations. Expert knowledge of alternative investments and financial markets Strong leadership and management skills Proficient in regulatory reporting standards and compliance requirements Ability to develop strategic product plans and execute them effectively Excellent communication and collaboration skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred Relevant FINRA licenses may be required
