Job Description:
Make An Impact: We are seeking a strategic Brand & Marketing
Finance Manager to serve as the primary financial architect for our
global brand and marketing teams. In this role, you will move
beyond traditional accounting to become a true business partner,
translating marketing strategies into financial models and
providing the data-driven "why" behind our investment decisions.
Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative vision and
financial rigor, ensuring that our marketing spend is optimized to
drive long-term brand equity and immediate commercial growth. This
role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday
through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You
will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance. What you
will do in this role: Strategic Partnership: Act as the dedicated
financial advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Leads.
Attend creative planning sessions to provide real-time financial
perspective on campaign feasibility and ROI. Financial Planning &
Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly
forecasting processes for all marketing channels (Digital, Social,
Retail, and Wholesale Co-op). Investment Optimization: Develop
frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend.
Analyze Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution
(MTA) data to recommend shifts in budget allocation. Decision
Support & Visibility: Create high-impact dashboards that provide
the marketing team with visibility into their "burn rate,"
committed vs. uncommitted funds, and projected outcomes. Contract &
Vendor Oversight: Partner with Procurement and Marketing to review
agency contracts and media buys, ensuring favorable terms and
alignment with the total budget. Performance Tracking: Measure the
success of product launches and brand collaborations, providing
post-mortem financial analysis to inform future strategies. Who You
Are: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a
related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferred 5–7 years of
progressive experience in Finance or Business Operations;
experience in a consumer-centric industry (Retail, CPG, or Fashion)
is preferred Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling) and
experience with SAP/ERP systems Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau
or Power BI) to create data visualizations Excellent communication
skills, with the capacity to translate complex financial concepts
