Job Description Job Description Shape the backbone of our
Quality Management System As the QMS Documentation Administrator,
you keep our quality and technical records accurate, current, and
accessible. You’ll centralize policies, procedures, work
instructions, forms, and records; steward version control; and
coordinate changes across teams while updating shared repositories
and our ERP. A day in this role Review change requests, route for
approval, and publish the latest controlled documents. Update the
ERP and shared systems so the right people see the right document
at the right time. Maintain an active spreadsheet tracking shared
processes and engineering drawings. Notify stakeholders about new
revisions and where to find them. Look for ways to streamline
document control workflows and propose improvements. What you’ll do
Ensure all QMS documentation (policies, procedures, work
instructions, forms, records) is approved, controlled, and properly
maintained. Prepare and process document change approvals for the
quality system. Collect, register, and file technical documents in
the correct systems with complete metadata. Safeguard accessibility
and retention of records across departments. Collaborate
cross-functionally to manage documents and records end-to-end.
Input and maintain accurate data in the company ERP system.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance and comply with company
policies and procedures. Assist with additional duties as assigned
by Quality Management. What you’ll bring Ability to read and
interpret mechanical drawings generated from SOLIDWORKS.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through.
Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision and within a
team. Clear written and verbal communication; able to understand
and convey instructions. Computer literacy with proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable, dependable, and available to work
overtime when required. Education & Experience High School Diploma
or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
Proficiencies ISO 9001 experience or exposure to certified
environments. ERP & MRP systems familiarity. Blueprint reading.
Basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Tools you’ll
use ERP Software
