Job Description:

Primary Duties: As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will flex your talents in tracking consumer journeys. You will own the end-to-end processing of measuring campaign performance, and excel in detecting opportunities to enhance that performance. You convey insights and recommended actions verbally, visually and in written format to any level of the organization, including technical, non-technical and cross-functional audiences with clarity and confidence. You are proficient in online and offline attribution management. Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and monitor the tracking and logistical elements within the MarTech stack related to website tagging, email and other outbound communication metrics, A/B experiments, online and offline conversions, segmentation, and automation rules.
  • Coordinate with Analysis and BI teams to develop and update recurring and ad hoc reporting.
  • Improve marketing channel operating efficiency by monitoring attributions across the customer journey and providing attributions insights aimed at conversion rate optimization.
  • Work with Marketing and Analyst teams to enhance / develop personas for key audiences. Translate those personas into targeting criteria and assist in production forecasting by audience
  • Identify areas of opportunity using competitive intelligence data from your own research, internal demographic data sets, and market gap analysis
  • Research and monitor campaign respondent journeys (online and offline) to identify friction points in the product or needed improvements in the communication.
  • Maintain Marketing tools and systems and identify opportunities for improved efficiency or effectiveness. Train users on new functionality as needed
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Marketing experience
      Required Experience:
      • 4+ years related Marketing experience in a corporate environment
        Required Technical Skills & Abilities:
        • Data-driven marketer with a strong business acumen
        • Keen data management and interpretation skills
        • Strong understanding of marketing execution and functional areas within a B2C marketing organization
        • Competency in marketing automation and advertising platforms such as Iterable, Segment, Google Ads, NextRoll
        • Working knowledge of data sets, data requirements, data integrity rules, and data reporting
        • Proficient in multi-touch attributions management
        • Skilled in online tag management (Google Tag Manager, FullStory, Heap, etc.)
        • Hands-on consumer persona development and audience segmentation experience
          Personal Skills:
          • Incredibly organized
          • Strong verbal and written communication skills
          • Invaluable knowledge of market, customer and competitor trends
          • Experienced presenter
          • Analytical problem-solver
          • Perceptive in detecting trend
            Preferred Skills/Experience:
            • Previously in a similar position within the financial serviced industry
