We are looking for a dependable Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform routine HVAC filter changes and basic maintenance at commercial facilities. No HVAC experience is required, as we provide full training. This is a full-time stable position for someone who values consistent work and a reliable schedule. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Replace air filters on commercial HVAC systems Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks Maintain clean and organized mechanical rooms and work areas Follow safety procedures and established checklists Communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and customers REQUIREMENTS: No HVAC experience needed, training provided Valid driver’s license, with clean motor vehicle record Professional communication and customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work on rooftops and in mechanical spaces Note: Additional requirements may vary depending on the specific field or industry.
