Job Description:

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring for a Project Executive to join our team in Dallas! Healthcare Construction Responsibilities Document best practices to share across projects; ensure optimal construction methods are used Manage claims; identify and resolve potential claims with subcontractors and suppliers Protect and promote the interests of the Company; ensure all compensation for work performed is received Assist the Project Manager with problem and conflict resolution Manage the scope of work and maintain full mastery of contract documents Support the achievement of EEO goals Manage the financial aspects of contracts; ensure job margin analysis is completed regularly Set and monitor safety, quality, schedule, cost, and owner relationship goals Manage multiple projects and Project Managers as needed Ensure proper project billing; review and negotiate potential change orders with the owner Direct and ensure timely completion of project close-out activities Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Related project experience in the markets served Company Description: TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
