Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated
Business Development & Construction Estimator to drive new project
opportunities while preparing accurate and competitive cost
estimates. This role combines relationship-building with hands-on
estimating to help secure profitable work. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities Build and maintain
client and subcontractor relationships Prepare detailed project
estimates and takeoffs Review drawings, specifications, and scope
of work Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor bids Assist with
proposals and contract negotiations Support preconstruction
planning and budgeting Qualifications 3 years of experience in
construction estimating and/or business development Ability to read
blueprints and technical documents Knowledge of construction
methods and pricing Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam,
PlanSwift, Procore, etc.) Strong communication and organizational
