Job Description Job Description Concrete PM or Concrete Superintendent - Civil Concrete Project Manager or Concrete Superintendent - Heavy Civil (client is hiring for both Superintendents and Project Managers) Salary: $100K-$160K base (salary depends on experience) Location : Forth Worth, TX (client is hiring for roles throughout TX and national travel roles as well) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee and manage concrete-related projects within the heavy civil construction sector. This role involves coordinating all aspects of concrete construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadway and heavy highway construction, along with expertise in various concrete applications. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all concrete work. Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance. Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction activities and address any issues that arise. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges. Lead and mentor staff on site, providing guidance and support for career development. Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Project Manager or Superintendent in heavy civil construction. In-depth knowledge of concrete construction methods, techniques, and materials. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and standards related to roadway construction. Experience with grading, excavation, and mass concrete operations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
