Representative acts as a key point of contact for customers,

to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment. What You’ll Be
Doing Assisting customers with questions, requests, or general
enquiries Providing clear, accurate information about services or
processes Resolving basic issues and escalating where appropriate
Ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout their
interaction Maintaining a professional, friendly presence at all
times Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily
operations Training & Support Full training is provided to ensure
confidence in the role, with ongoing support available as
responsibilities grow. The focus is on building strong
communication skills, product knowledge, and customer care
standards. Pay Paid weekly. Compensation includes a base level of
pay with additional performance-related incentives available
