Create visual stories: insert infographics, add structure, etc. for commercial proposals, insight reports, playbooks, tool templates, pitch decks, workshop layouts in Miro or Mural
Develop responsive digital mock-ups of business ideas: landing pages (e.g. Instapage)
Run AB tests to understand the desirability of new features or product and service concepts
Analyze the results of AB test and communicate this to our F1000 clients
Carry out independent design projects with little to no direction and a strong focus on delivery
Understands client needs and propose effective design solutions

Requirements

We need you to have:
Max. 3 years of experience
A kick-ass graphic designer style
A great understanding of branding and the ability to apply brand guidelines to new content
Fluency in a variety of design tools and methods (experimentation, prototyping, UI/UX), and the ability to implement them accordingly based on client needs and expectations
Know how to work with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, Adobe XD / Figma, Miro / Mural. Premiere Pro and basic knowledge of Wordpress are a plus
Willingness to work in a self-directing culture
A great interest in corporate innovation
Ability to travel to participate in client engagements worldwide (post covid)
You have what it takes to thrive in our team: an authentic, humble personality, a no-nonsense approach, a relentless drive to learn, an open mindset, an entrepreneurial attitude, a true team spirit (no ego!) and you share our 'make it matter' mentality

It would be nice if you have:
Experience designing digital experiments and love making the data-analysis afterwards
A strong interest in scalability and digital growth hacking tools, familiar with APAC digital marketing tools and platforms
Knowledgeable about the ins and outs of data analytics: turn data insights into strategic actions that create tangible value throughout a business, Google Analytics is your second nature

But more importantly, we love you to:
Collaborate - get the best out of the team
Be optimistic - show excitement for new opportunities
Learn from failure - be reflective and learn from it
Take ownership - take responsibility for your bit, own it and follow through on it
