A skilled Physical Therapist with school-based experience is sought for a contract position in Weatherford, TX, servicing multiple school locations including Plano, Richardson, and Benbrook. This role requires a professional who is adept at providing therapy services within educational settings and supporting students individualized needs through active participation in ARD/IEP meetings. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver physical therapy services to students across multiple school locations, ensuring effective treatment plans aligned with educational goals. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff during ARD/IEP meetings to advocate for students therapy requirements and progress. - Manage caseloads efficiently, prioritizing timely and quality care in compliance with school policies and guidelines. - Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain up-to-date records to support student progress and program development. - Utilize Frontline or similar school management systems to track and report service delivery, if experienced.
