We need a DevOps Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and support of our next generation of automated build, deployment, & infrastructure provisioning systems. You will help produce for an engineering team that empowers engineers: building consistent development environments at scale; providing continuous integration tooling that ensures fast iteration, lessens developer frustration, and ensures what passes staging works in production; you will build out deploy tooling to manage a mesh of microservices; you will provide for production testing of canary and a/b (blue/green) needs. Your team will prototype new technologies to ensure system availability is always one step ahead of customer and staff demand. This is an opportunity to use technology to make world class healthcare affordable to the masses, empowering medical professionals to serve those in need.

This role is REMOTE friendly and can be located anywhere in the U.S.!

What You'll Do
Champion DevOps best practices and standards across all of R&D and Engineering
Maintain and evolve our application monitoring practices
Maintain and evolve our computing infrastructure, focusing on cloud security, scaling, cost optimization, and automation
Automate and support evolving DevOps responsibilities and tasks to reduce the overhead of supporting Carbon Health's platform
Work with our Security and Privacy teams to ensure application and infrastructure adhere to our policies and controls

About You
5+ years in DevOps, System, or Software Engineering
Experience running production applications workloads in AWS Cloud
Exposure to public Cloud networks, VPC, peering, etc
3+ years utilizing Cloud computing (EC2, SNS/SQS, RDS/Aurora)
Experience with provisioning and configuration management (as with Terraform, Ansible)
Experience administrating technologies such as Kafka, ElasticSearch, Postgres and Redis
