Quality Engineer II

Primary Location: Fort Worth, Texas


V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Quality Engineer II for our premier Fort Worth, Texas.



Education and Experience - Experience with working knowledge of SPC and problem solving tools highly desirable.
Experience Level: 3-5 Years Skilled technologist whose focus is to ensure that quality control procedures and systems adequately evaluate an organization's processes and products.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Determine if current methods and techniques result in meeting customer specifications and reliability standards or require modification.
(More concerned with standards, methods and procedures rather than with testing devices and equipment used to check products.)
Understanding and ability to work within Design of Experiment (DOE) formats.
Familiar with minimum of ISO 9002 and preferably TS16949 requirements and Quality management Systems
Knowledge base for automotive quality systems and customer specific requirements will be required.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities: Ability to communicate customer concerns and issues and timely resolution utilizing cross functional team members as appropriate.
Background and/or ability to lead, mentor and supervision of Failure analysis and Quality Technicians may be required.
For the Quality Engineer, HM is looking for candidates that have experience working in a WAREHOUSE Environment helping with process improvement, audits, analytics, running reports, reviewing current work flows.
Possess a basic understanding of materials and processes used in manufacturing of automotive electronics or similar technologies.
