Design and implement Data Engineering applications to support the data lake and marketing technology; develop Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) pipelines using SQL, Python and Pyspark ; automate pipelines using orchestration tools; maintain code repositories in Bitbucket using GIT version control system and artifacts in Jfrog artifactory ; leverage Amazon Web Services which includes EMR, S3, Glue, Athena, Boto3; develop Spark architecture including Spark core, RDD, Spark SQL, Data frames and Data sets; extensively use Spark-SQL for performing various complex joins across multiple tables; generate Tableau dashboards and underlying reporting data; develop unit tests using Python packages; leverage Atlassian tools which includes JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Bamboo for CICD process. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's in Information Technology , Computer Science, or directly related IT field and five years of experience in job offered or in IT positions including Architect and/or Senior Software Developer and/or Computer Systems Analyst. Background in education, training or experience must include Python, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL), Data Warehousing, Pyspark , AWS EMR, S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Hive, Presto, Shell, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence, JIRA, SQL, Oracle, Tableau, Adobe analytics.
