What will you do?
In this role, you will provide auxiliary engineering support for
multiple product lines that stem from analysis, design solutions,
standardization, ERP/Production Configuration support, and product
knowledge training. This will allow our engineering departments to
continue providing the service our customers have come to
expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating configuration enhancements for engineering
departments
Provide structural analysis and support to Drafting teams
Product design and innovative solutions provider
Coach engineers for design work
Develop Application Tools for multiple product lines
Perform and analyze FEA on multiple product lines
Provide liaison engineering project support, design guidance and
feedback to other engineering personnel
Collaborates with management and staff across production
departments and roles to implement engineering standards
Support Continual Improvement team with design assistance
Thermal analysis design for conveyor lines
Optimize ways to improve manufacturing routings and instructions in
the ERP system
Lead a small team of engineers / technicians based on project
work
20% of the time may be spent in the shop environment.
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
What are we looking for?
We're looking for engaged individuals that are adaptable to a

Key Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (other similar
technical degrees are also considered.)
3D modeling & Drafting skills within Autodesk Inventor or
equivalent 3D modeling software required
Manufacturing experience is favored, but on-the-job training is
manageable for this position.
Must be detail-oriented and have good verbal and written
communication skills with all levels of employee
Must be able to work scheduled hours and comply with the company's
attendance policy and all other company policies
Knowledge of basic machining & metal fabrication practices and
materials is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledge
Ability to work in a team setting
Results driven
Reliability and Accuracy are key to this position
Must be able to follow the company timekeeping policies
Team player
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily
to the company's Ft. Worth, TX branch to perform each essential
