Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.For more than 40 years, Micron Technology, Inc.has redefined innovation with the world's most advanced memory and semiconductor technologies.We're an international team of visionaries and scientists, developing groundbreaking technologies that are transforming how the world uses information to enrich life.We are searching for a layout engineer who has lead projects and is passionate about improving efficiency through methodology development.Qualification/Requirements 10 + year experience in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS process.Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS is a must.Should have hands on experience of Critical Analog Layout design of blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier etc., Good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals (e.g.Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, cross-talk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices etc.) Understanding layout effects on the circuit such as speed, capacitance, power and area etc., Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.Excellent command and problem-solving skills in over Physical layout verification.Multiple Tape out support experience will be an added advantage.Scripting and automation experience is good to have but not mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Role and Responsibilities Demonstrate leadership Skill in planning, area/time estimation, scheduling, delegation and execution to meet project schedule/milestones in multiple project environment.Responsible for Design and development of critical analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block and full chip level integration support.Optimally presenting with engineering teams in the US and India.Perform layout verification like LVS/DRC/Antenna, quality check and documentation.Guide junior team-members in their execution of Sub block-level layouts & review their work Contribute to effective project-management.The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $50.25 - $92.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
