Job Description:

A company is looking for a Supervising Engineer to lead civil design teams on road and highway projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a civil design team's technical deliverables and project schedules from design through construction
Ensure high-quality engineering meets all design requirements while managing projects from proposal to execution
Identify new business opportunities and help grow the business through client interactions

Required Qualifications and Education

12+ years of experience on major road and highway projects with progressive work history in project development and management
Experience in VA/MD/DC is required
BS degree in civil engineering or a related field is required
Previous supervisory or project management experience is necessary
PE license is preferred; EIT is required
