Job Description Job Description Commercial HVAC Technician Company: L & W MaintenAnts Solutions Job Type: Full-Time Location: Commercial job sites (local travel required) Position Overview L & W MaintenAnts Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems while delivering high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in commercial HVAC environments. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards Complete service documentation accurately and in a timely manner Communicate findings and repair recommendations to management and clients Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean working condition Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Commercial HVAC Technician EPA Certification (required) Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check prior to employment Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and customer-service mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with rooftop units, split systems, and commercial refrigeration Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to manage service calls efficiently What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, year-round commercial work Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement
