YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SERVICE COORDINATOR You will enjoy a reliable 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. Each day, you dive headfirst into the dynamic mix of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. You orchestrate seamless coordination by communicating with customers to schedule service, maintenance, and sales inquiries and gather crucial information on their systems and needs. Swiftly planning and routing our technicians to service calls based on availability and skill sets, you ensure that every assignment is met with precision and efficiency. With an eagle eye on our Vista Viewpoint system and Dispatch Board, you expertly respond to technicians' requests and maintain the flow of operations flawlessly.
