protect our world. Fulfillment as an Analyst Materials Planning;
SIOP you will own shipping duties for the business. This role will
concentrate on closing shipments to the customer to ensure prompt
delivery. The role will take a hands-on approach in ensuring the
accuracy of shipping documents, working with Customer Account
Managers (CAM’s) to address concerns with shipments, and following
the regulatory guidance of global trade and ITAR. Shift:
Monday-Friday 11A-7P What You Will Do Prepare documentation
required to process shipment of domestic, international and
government orders. Support and process shipments on the off-shift.
Aid in weekend expedited shipments. Work with management, 1st, and
2nd shift supervisors on priorities and needs. Generate invoice and
bill back transportation freight charges where applicable. Provide
support to Customer Service, Purchasing, the Value Streams, and any
other Departments requiring order status, shipping/tracking
information. Work with CAM group to address issues with shipments,
ensure accuracy of shipments, and to expedite delivery when
necessary. Ensure all Export requirements are met and documented
per procedures. Process domestic shipments to generate daily output
Daily interaction with Carriers and internal customers is required.
You will be required to wear personal protective equipment as
required. You will be required to adhere to all EH&S roles and
responsibilities as stated in manufacturing work instructions and
EHS policies and procedures. You will part of a team-oriented
atmosphere and interact with other functional groups (e.g.,
engineering) on technical matters. You will observe and follow all
environmental, health and safety procedures. You will comply with
all company policies and procedures. You will participate in
Continuous Improvement activities. You will maintain a clean and
organized work area. You will utilize basic to intermediate
computer skills for data entry and process monitoring. Results
Ensure processing shipments in order of priority. Achieve customer
satisfaction through hitting OTD metrics. Positively affect KPI
change, including, but not limited to: Safety (First Aid,
recordables, lost time) Output (lines shipped, picks per shift,
lines packed, etc.) On Time Delivery Productivity / Efficiency
Escapes Other Lead special projects as needed Success will be
defined by the successful attainment of the business results
(closest to the pin) while driving the correct and appropriate
culture (open, honest, transparent, ethical, accountable, data
based, winning) and tools (ACE/CORE) for long term success of the
Value Stream. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a
University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

remote. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative
of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when

experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired
