We don't settle until we give our best and know that we're making a difference.--- As Director of Infrastructure Service Delivery and Site Management, you'll lead the global delivery of IT infrastructure projects and initiatives. Working closely with the Project Management Office you'll facilitate Infrastructure projects and create Total Cost of Ownership, ROI, compliance and SOX documentation. You'll oversee Identity Management and site infrastructure teams, reviewing and managing telecommunications contracts for over 200 Jacobs office locations. Your team will excel at reviewing monthly spend, vendor SLA reviews, creating and guiding site service availability program, managing mobile device contracts, creating technology usage policy standards and automating provisioning services. Your creativity and imaginative thinking will generate simplified cost-effective solutions to be utilized throughout the corporate infrastructure. You'll lead your team to discover what guides them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. With your leadership and support, they'll identify, implement and support cost-effective solutions, driven by Jacobs world-class corporate internal standards. This includes troubleshooting the site infrastructure and account services, supporting wireless technology, engaging with the business and other IT functions to understand use cases, and securely deploying and maintaining appropriate solutions. Your collaboration and business acumen will help you understand and articulate the high-level principles, requirements and progress of initiatives clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Here's What You'll Need:

• Advanced level of Information Technology, Project Management and Telecommunications and/or Infrastructure experience.
• Information technology and staff management experience
• Experience managing large IT corporate projects
• Direct experience managing a team of technical personnel
• Experience with negotiating and managing large, global-scale network and telecommunications contracts
• Experience with telecommunications expense management and invoice reconciliation.
• In depth knowledge of establishing corporate technology standards, including experience working with corporate HR, Legal and Compliance departments
• Experience managing budget for large office infrastructure
• Knowledge on the creation and management of project and service portfolios
• Advanced project planning and management skills to complete projects and activities within established goals.
• Ability to work effectively with vendors, staff, management and end users at varying knowledge levels
• Experience working with a team to troubleshoot issues during site-based project deployments, including management of outage bridge related to network services
• Knowledge of Cyber-related compliance standards; ISO27001, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, CMMC, SOX, etc.Ideally, you'll also have:
