RATP Dev USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of RATP Dev, with a
legacy of successfully managing
and operating transit systems throughout the United State since
1972, our 2,000-employee organization supports the transit needs of
our 35 transit systems, to include 2 Streetcar operations. We are
seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the HR function for
our organization, based out of our U.S. headquarters in Fort Worth,

RATP Dev USA is in a growth pattern, thus the organizational health

workforce. Reporting to the CEO, the CPO is responsible for
developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the
overall business plan, specifically in the areas of talent
acquisition, talent development, policy and procedure enhancement,
compensation, benefits, and payroll. Our customers come from all

As CPO, you will serve as an HR business partner to the executive
leadership team, corporate staff, and field general managers. This

seek. Requirements Strategic
--- Develop and implement a human resources plan that aligns with
the overall mission and strategy of the organization, resulting in
innovative, best practices and policies that will service the full
range of RATP Dev USA's HR needs and help build a high-performing
culture of success, accountability, transparency and
collaboration.
--- Gain an understanding of the organization and participate fully
in all strategic deliberations. Act as a strategic partner to all
members of the Senior Leadership Team, and provide insightful,
innovative thinking and problem solving on critical HR issues.
Operational
--- Proactively manage resource allocation and maintain a
competitive approach to recruiting and assimilating high-potential
talent throughout our existing and potential transit systems.
Advise on people programs and processes to enhance talent
attraction, retention, development, and succession. Partner with
finance in overseeing departmental budget and headcount.
--- Develop comprehensive approaches to employee development,
retention and onboarding, including succession planning.
--- Oversee compensation practices and philosophy to ensure salary
benchmarking and surveys are handled on a regular basis and in
alignment with global goals.
Culture and Development
--- Develop relationships with the employees of RATP Dev USA and
become someone who is sought for advice and counsel on HR,
cultural, and organizational challenges. Benefits & how to apply
--- A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or
MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
--- A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least five
years of executive HR experience leading all functions of HR in
similar sized multi-location organization.
--- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
--- Experience working in a union environment.
--- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and
regulations.
--- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
--- Experience with Kronos HRIS is a plus.
--- Requires domestic travel as needed (and some infrequent
