The Learning & Development (L&D) team is revitalizing our approach to leadership, management, craft, and professional skills development. The new Manager, Learning & Development will design, facilitate, assess a broad range of development initiatives to support a hybrid workplace. This includes planning, developing, scheduling, and supporting virtual, blended, and (future) in-person programming.
Reporting to the EVP, Global Learning & Development, this person will help build and scale learning programs on topics such as Presentation Skills, Time Management and Prioritization, Business Etiquette, Fundamentals of Business Writing, Communication Skills, and Career Advancement and Development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to develop course content, associated materials, establish workshop assessments, and track target metrics
  • Create workshop offerings schedule and targeted learning journeys in the LMS (Decebo)
  • Establish curriculum and skill maps in alignment with core competency modeling to support onboarding, transition to management, leadership, and culture development
  • Collaborate with the L&D team, DE&I, and HR leaders to promote career development
  • Design and develop in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning coursework, job aids, and resources, to engage synchronous and asynchronous learning
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning labs
  • Develop multi-purpose microlearning content for eLearning, town hall meetings, and other target business meetings
  • Align professional development programs
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • Experience with developing, facilitating, and assessing learning & development programs across organizational levels
    • Strong project management skills and capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time
    • Experience scheduling learning events, course enrollments, content development, program communications, evaluations, and metrics
    • Proficiency in MS Office - specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Experience with instructional and materials development for diverse learning styles
    • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
    • Excellent verbal, written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
    • Agile problem solver managing overall program strategy with expert attention to detail
    • Ability to analyze and synthesize data into reports and presentations
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and support team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders
