remote role that may require occasional travel, including to
Resilia---s New York and New Orleans offices for collaborative
opportunities such as team retreats and gatherings. This role is
expected to work either Eastern or Central hours. Market

Marketing Manager . As a master educator and storyteller you will
research, write, design, edit, publish, and A/B test top quality
content - with attention to detail so great, even SEO meta
descriptions are important to you. You are eager to drive traffic,
acquire users, nurture relationships, and expand our digital
footprint. This is an opportunity to share valuable resources,

world. What you will do Act as Resilia---s master marketing content
crafter: producing creative, concise, inclusive, and error-free
content Create and manage a content strategy and editorial calendar
encompassing all three products lines - tying directly back to
revenue strategy Manage, leverage, and strategically repurpose
existing content library Own the content process, start to finish
for various channels (social, website, blog posts, articles,
emails, press releases, case studies, videos, lead magnets,
info-graphics, etc.) Collaborate with stakeholders (Marketing,
Sales, Customer Success, Product, Senior Leadership & R&D) to
ensure synchronicity between marketing and all functions Partner
with fellow marketing team members to leverage content, analyze and
increase conversion rate Own organic content distribution strategy
and execution (SEO, Pinterest, social media, and other organic
channels) Optimize each medium, following and staying up to date on
best practices Empathize with our users - learning about our
customer journey and profiles Create, test and optimize lead
capture landing pages to generate email signups in exchange for
high-value content Perform market research and keyword research,
and interview users, clients, and prospective clients to help
create content pitches and inform decisions Analyze website traffic
and behavior and content performance utilizing Google Analytics,
Hotjar, Hubspot, and paid advertising platform data Manage external
content writer, work with design agency, and collaborate with
internal marketing team members to help bring your strategy and
ideas into reality Leverage AI writing tools to create content,
increase conversion rates, and maximize engagement Qualifications 5
years of experience developing B2B content or and/or content
strategy at a B2BSaaS company, preferrably at a Nonprofit Tech /
Tech for Good / Social good company 2 years nonprofit experience 2
years of experience with SEO and organic marketing 2 years of
experience with A/B testing 1 years of social media media
experience User empathy ability to translate complex products into
compelling messaging Experience collaborating across functions
(Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) Knowledge of latest marketing
best practices, technologies and developments Strong verbal and
written communication skills A data-driven mindset; strong desire
to solve problems, optimize processes and manage data Working
knowledge of (or eager willingness to rapidly learn): Pinterest,
Google Search Console, Unbounce, Squarespace, SEM Rush, basic HTML,
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, video
creation/editing, Sprout Social, Hubspot, UTM Tracking Expert level
proficiency with Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Photoshop, SEO,
G-Suite About You Researcher, phenomenal writer, copy editor Great
eye for design - you know your way around Canva or Adobe Photoshop
to create basic attractive graphics or edit photos, and can
communicate your ideas to designers Strong project manager who can
oversee and prioritize various projects running simultaneously
Ability to build trust and inclusive relationships with various
stakeholders including those with different backgrounds, life
experiences and expertise Committed to supporting a diverse,
