Job Description:

*TEXAS REFINERY CORP, *a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 100 years, is seeking a passionate Sales Manager for our Lubricant department. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related products marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, and many other industries. We seek a motivated, outgoing individual to join TRC for a career, not just a job.

Responsibilities:

* Manage existing sales region
* Incorporate marketing/prospecting skills to seek new business
* Develop new business markets
* Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales training for top-performance in your market
* Provide sales support and motivation for a commission-based sales team
* Willing to travel in field to train new and veteran sales force
* Be an example to your team by living our core values to the highest standard
* Drive team performance to monthly revenue goal
* Ensure that team is following established sales process and other operational processes
* Hold individual meetings with members of your team (coaching, review, accountability)

* Strong understanding and ability to sell value/benefits of a superior quality product
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multi-task and complete tasks under deadline
* Some knowledge of equipment mechanics/lubrication
* Embrace new challenges daily/problem solving skills.
* Ability to write articles for in-house magazine.
* *Prior sales experience in lubrication or existing knowledge of the lubricant industry is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.* *We will teach you everything you need to know about lubricant sales.*

Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
* Management experience preferred.
* Ability to motivate and inspire others
* Desire to work in a fast paced, competitive environment
* Candidate must take great pride in work
* Disciplined, dedicated, and coachable professional
* Knowledge of Office, Excel & PowerPoint
* Ability to lead by example and execute on monthly sales goal
* Ability to effectively coach team members and hold them accountable to sales process
