The Training Manager supports all sales training across the field force and field facing teams Community and Institution. Additionally, they will be responsible for the orientation and training of new team members, and the ongoing training of all employees in relation to specifics, sales skills, systems, marketplace environments and processes. They will develop training and resources in collaboration with management team and Training lead to improve processes and efficiencies. Essential Functions/Core ResponsibilitiesTraining

  • Analyze, design and develop the customized training curriculum and delivery, identify needs, and formulate appropriate recommendations of action plans in collaboration with cross functional Leadership.
  • Develop, oversee and deliver new hire training, onboarding and other training as needed.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of training materials and make appropriate curriculum changes for all field teams.
    • Create training content and curriculum supporting/enhancing selling skills to meet objectives.
    • Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods, virtual and live, such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
    • Conduct new hire, advanced and continuous and training updates working with cross functional leadership.
    • Coordinate classroom and virtual delivery of training materials/modules.
    • Maintain and manage training delivery calendar for all live, virtual and/or online training
    • Manage all onboarding and training on Learning Management Systems
    • Lead the Design and develop all curriculum agenda, including identifying, communicating, and scheduling all necessary speakers and subject matter experts.
    • Organize and develop procedures, policies, guidelines, training manuals, reference library, testing, Learning Management System and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
    • Conducts research for needs assessments/gap analysis and provide innovative written complete detailed recommendations to Leadership and provide curriculum development plans.
    • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to all job duties.
      • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards;define, document and implement actions needed to meet operational performance.
      • Manage and report on training effectiveness through survey and feedback cycle.
      • Performs other duties as required.
      • Willingness to travel as needed.Qualifications:
        • BA/BS from an accredited university or college required
        • 5 + Years of experience Training and development required
        • Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination required at time of Hire.
        • Prior training experience in curriculum design, content development, agenda building and delivery
        • Previous experience in sales in the healthcare/pharmaceutical environment
        • Working knowledge and experience of Institutional Contracting experience strongly preferred
        • Institutional experience preferred
        • Working knowledge and experience Buy and Bill experience preferred
        • Biosimilar experience preferred
        • Oncology experience preferred
        • Working knowledge of Account Planning
        • Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills
        • Working in a Remote Engagement capacity required
        • Experience delivering training in live and virtual corporate setting
        • Launch experience preferred
        • Previous CSO Experience preferred
        • Comfortable with client facing interaction
        • Instructional design experience a plus
        • Experience collaboration with clients
        • Experience in the development, oversight and delivering training in corporate classroom and virtual setting
        • Knowledge of adult learning principles/emerging training methods/tools and the ability to implement these principles into an innovated and existing training curriculum
        • Ability to develop and onboard employees through positive motivation and training
        • Coaching and mentoring experience.
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Strong presentation skills
        • Able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast- paced environment
        • Strong rapport building and listening skills to attentively meet the needs of clients, management and trainees
        • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
        • Strong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detail
        • Ability to work independently and as a team member
        • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment
        • Proficient knowledge in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and virtual meeting platforms
        • Leadership Development experience preferred
        • Ability to adapt to change and innovation.
