Critical Care/Trauma opening in Weatherford, Texas. Envision Physician Services is looking for a Site Medical Director to lead our growing Critical Care Intensivist team at Medical City Weatherford, located in Weatherford, TX.SMD Role:

• Ample protected clinical and leadership time
• Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership
• Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Active TX license preferred or in-process
• W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k options
• Monthly director stipendProgram Highlights:
  • 10 hour in-house shifts - Days Only
  • Nights covered by one of our 24/7 Physician In-House programs in Dallas/Ft. Worth remotely
  • 24 bed mixed ICU
  • Block scheduling for a nice quality of life (Avg. 15 shifts/mo)
