Working closely with all functions; Engineering, Marketing and Product Management, Customer and Product Support, Sales and Marketing, Sustaining Engineering, Quality, IT, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, and Operations to ensure complete integration of all product introduction.Responsibilities:--- Drive a robust phased new product development process with deliverables from internal customers including performance metrics for all functions within Operations and non-operations functions.--- Facilitates regular production meetings to coordinate interactions, communicate status, capture and ensure schedule commitments are met and barriers for action and elevation are identified.--- Participate in all teams driving product change, product, quality, manufacturing, engineering, customer and product management teams. --- Maintain critical operations performance metrics/dashboard that drives milestone fidelity and highlights key phase gate deliverables.--- Drives decision-making, considering ASME and other regulatory requirements.--- Steers action plans that improve cycle time, capacity, test detectability, trouble-shooting effectiveness, product quality, reliability/warranty, and inventory. --- Serves a critical role within a broader program management teams and PMO teams, with cross-functional team members aimed at meeting customer requirements.--- Develop and drive multi-functional site level management team to assist in resolving product issues in concert with the program management teams.--- Assess, validate and drive the manufacturability needs for all changes being introduced.Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or related field
• 6+ years' experience in a manufacturing field.
• Strong background in Program Management and capital implementation using Stage Gate methodology.
• Strong team facilitation and leadership skills to drive effective decision-making and execution of action plans.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) at all levels and proactively communicate
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodology
  • Able to identify and prioritize needed actions to elevate barriers of various nature (technical, administrative, resource requirements):
  • Justifies resource requirements with appropriate financial analysis and business rationale
  • Relevant experiences/knowledge leading to preferred candidate:
  • Quality and regulatory systems
  • Knowledge of SIOP methods, service part planning/optimization tools, MRP and ERP systems preferred. MANAGEMENT: This position has no direct reports but will have indirect/dotted line reporting with various people: EHS, design engineer, Ops, Suppliers, Contractors, etc. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Ability to move throughout the plant and office areas.
    • Must be able to manipulate equipment used in performance of tasks.
    • Will have to work non-standard hours including weekends to facilitate repairs and improvements.
    • Other demands include but not limited to oral, written, and presentation/communications skills.
    • Travel 20-40% WORK ENVIRONMENT:
      • Works in an office environment
