Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP HCM Time Management Consultant:

This position would require an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of IT experience.
• This position is based in Fort Worth, TX. Selected candidate will need to work from this location regularly.

  • At least 7 years exp. in SAP Time Management with positive & negative TM Evaluation (including CATS functionality), SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Should have experience in designing complex SAP Time Evaluation (PCRs, Schemas, Functions/operations) scenario and Time Configurations (Time Types, Processing classes, Wage types, Time Mgmt. tables and Clusters, Attendance, Absence, Absence Quota)
  • Should have handled & implemented multiple Union related complex Collective Bargaining Agreement rules in the Time Management & Payroll modules with strong change impact knowledge to existing custom Time/Payroll PCR, Schema setup.
  • Good Integration experience with Legacy Time Management to bring complex work schedule & shift scheduling data in SAP Time Management.
  • Should have knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central - Data replication to ECC for PA & Time area
  • Knowledge of SAP standard & custom HCM Fiori apps such as Time Entry & Approval, Leave Entry & Approval apps , knowledge about middle ware CPI transformation logic
  • Understand and able to review ABAP codes from functional perspective.
  • Experience with Agile and SAP Support methodologies
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Experience in leading small teams in global delivery model across time zones
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel .The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
