an individual to act as the Classified Cyber Security Manager to
oversee the COMSEC programs across the Fort Worth facility and
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics F-35 sites.This Cyber leader will
provide management and oversight direction of a team of COMSEC
security professionals supporting complex and challenging
activities.The selected candidate will join the LMA Classified
Cybersecurity Team as a Communications Security (COMSEC) Manager
supporting both a National Security Agency (NSA) and Special Access
Programs (SAPs) COMSEC account to ensure classified information
systems (IS) meet cybersecurity requirements and government
directives. COMSEC duties will be performed in accordance with
National Security Agency (NSA) Central Security Service Policy
Manual No. 3-16 & related COMSEC derivatives as well as specified
service regulations and contractual requirements. Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, COMSEC Manager: detailed knowledge
in cryptographic techniques including use of the Key Management
Infrastructure (KMI) , crypto key generation and distribution;
experience in Benign technique; conduct normal operations of
managing a COMSEC Account; install key and diagnostic testing of
COMSEC equipment and provide COMSEC support/oversight to establish
secure voice, data links systems and navigation as required; ensure
COMSEC compliance in support of successful government reviews.
Provide mentoring and/or guidance to less senior technical
professionalsMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a
facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must
possess a secret level clearance or above with an investigation in
the last 6 years and be able to obtain a Top Secret

Force, DCSA, and/or DCMA inspection experience Experience related
