career. The Clinical Director is an exempt leadership role
responsible for the clinical case management and quality of all
client programs within the center. This position works
collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure
all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients
and their families receive the highest quality of treatment in a
timely manner. The Clinical Director reports to theCenter
Administrator.

In this role you will:
- Collaborate with the Center Administrator and intake team to
ensure the initial client intake is conducted in a timely
manner
- Work with the Blue Sprig Clinical team to conduct and/or
oversee clinical assessments
- Provide direction and family guidance to clients and caregivers
as part of maintaining a small caseload
- Review and approve treatment plans before submission to
payers
- Oversee the implementation of treatment programs to ensure best
clinical practices are always implemented
- Evaluate the treatment programs on a regular basis to ensure
that performance measures are being met
- Work with the clinical team to ensure appropriate coordination
of care and service transitions and/or discharge from
services
- Ensure clinical quality standards by providing employee
trainings and clinical knowledge and counsel to the clinical
team
- Lead center development and evolution to next levels of quality
care, impact in community, and employee retention, engagement, and
career satisfaction
- Collaborate and build rapport with clients and families to
improve the likelihood of best possible outcomes
- Set and achieve clinical performance goals
- Lead a team environment with a strong focus on culture and
growth
- Provide and manage supervision experience hours for interns and
supervision hours for RBTs and BCaBAs
- Periodically travel to various locations (e.g., homes and
community) as part of the oversight of clients' treatment programs
and delivery of family guidance
- Follows all policies and procedures, including but not limited
to, confidentially and mandated reporting standards as set by the
Blue Sprig Clinical team
Education/Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or
related field
- Currently a verifiable Board Certified Behavior Analyst with
certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification
Board
- At least three years of related professional experience working
with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a
multi-disciplinary team setting preferred
- Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferredAbout
