Job Description - Director, Inside Sales (2300278) Job Description Description Trinity Parts & Components is searching for a talented leader to fill the open position of Director, Inside Sales in Fort Worth, Texas!
In this role, the individual will be responsible for managing relationships with customers and fulfilling demands in an aftermarket parts and components market segment with the goal of delivering a premier end-to-end customer experience. Directing the activities of channel sales managers, and their downline teams, the candidate is responsible for setting sales strategies in partnership with our outside sales team, determining customer needs, responding with proposals regarding availability and pricing, making shipment commitments and assuring that Trinity commitments to the customer are met. This includes coordinating the activities of other key functions affecting the customer experience, including sales, procurement, product manufacturing and distribution.What You'll Do:

• Managing of customer requests for quotes for aftermarket parts and components, including the achieving of quote response cycle time goals.
• Effective processing of customer orders and commitment on delivery that meets customer expectations and reflect the company's ability to deliver.
• Coordination of activities that support customer order fulfillment to minimize response times and meet customer requirements
• Development and execution of sales strategies that support the division's sales and growth objectives
• Management of customer communication protocols that exceed customer expectations and support the company's sales objectives.
• Development of account level plans that anticipate and address customer needs
• Development and growth of channel manager and CSR training and development plans that expand department capabilities and support the sales process.
• Support systems implementations for ERP, WMS, and CRM to improve overall processes & technology efforts - Qualifications What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10 + years experience in a customer experience lead position
  • Knowledge of rail industry aftermarket part and components market a plus -
  • Thorough understanding of internal sales processes
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with internal and external customers
