sort of post-secondary education. The T3 team and partners are
dedicated to providing resources, financial support and
programmatic opportunities for students and their families so they
are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and credentials for a
career in today s economy. When innovation and dedication work
hand-in-hand, we believe systemic change can affect entire
communities, and ensure a positive impact for Tarrant County for
generations to come. To do this, we partner with the Tarrant County
community businesses, philanthropic organizations, schools,
universities/colleges, and others to create equitable
post-secondary pathways for all students.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Managing Director of Operations & Finance reports to the
Executive Director and serves as a member of the T3 executive
leadership team. The position is responsible for leading all
internal operations which oversees Finance, Human Resources, and
Information Technology. The MD of Operations & Finance will provide
personnel management, leadership, and strategy for the entire Ops
department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organization-wide Operations
Education
This position will require occasional travel throughout the
Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs. In light of
COVID-19, T3 is a hybrid work environment with the option to
utilize our office space as needed and in accordance with T3
COVID-19 health and safety protocols. This position will require
2-3 in-office days per week.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is
regularly required to sit and use the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or
balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25
pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and
ability to adjust focus. Work at a desk and computer screen for
extended periods of time.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are
representative of those an employee encounters while performing the
essential functions of this job. The noise level is low to high and
may have frequent interruptions. There may be activity from other
employees of distracting nature.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Satisfactory criminal records check, pre-hire and annually
thereafter, if applicable. Must be eligible to work in the United
States and provide work authorization.
