    • Support our properties and teams in a critical way by representing us to residents, employees, and agency partners.
    • Assist in leading day-to-day property operations and ensure financial targets and compliance standards are met.
    • Manage our HUD/LIHTC re-certification process, ensuring on-time, and accurate completion.
    • Conduct unit inspections to ensure compliance with applicable program standards.
    • Utilize the property management system to oversee all resident transactions.
    • Issue and deliver resident notices as needed - e.g., late payments, returned checks, etc.
    • Conduct leasing and move-in activities for property.
    • Conduct move out inspections and process Final Accounting Statements.
    • Process special claims rent/damages and vacancy.
    • Conduct month end/opening processes.
    • Collect rents and process payments.
    • Oversee building staff as manager-on-duty.
    • Manage invoice and payment processing.
    • Assist in training property team members to maximize performance.
    • Assist with resident relations and requests, including conflict resolution, while maintaining a strong sense of community.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills.
    • Support site and office operations as assigned by manager. Compensation:
      • $20.00 - $22.00 / hour
      • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance Qualifications

        • You have at least a year of property management experience with knowledge of HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs
        • You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service
