Project Manager (T-Line & Substation) - Full Time Remote Position
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team of professionals. This is a full-time remote position that provides the opportunity to work on various Transmission and Substation Construction, Battery Storage, and High Voltage Projects. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 15 years of relevant work experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of various projects related to Transmission and Substation Construction, Battery Storage, and High Voltage Projects.
• Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage the project budget and resources.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot project risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement procedures and processes for project management.
• Manage project resources and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of projects and related documents.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Requirements:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Transmission and Substation Construction, Battery Storage, and High Voltage Projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
