Please follow this link: http://interview.deephire.com/wxgChief Executive Officer Role:The CEO will lead, engage and be a strategic partner who maintains day to day operations of the organization while reporting to the Board of Directors.Lead the development of the organization's short and long-term goalsPrioritize tasks and delegate when appropriateDevelop and adhere to an annual operating planFoster, cultivate, and preserve a culture of diversity and inclusionMaintain and grow relationships with current and future donorsIdentify and cultivate new donorsEnsure effective recruitment of VolunteersBuild/develop relationships with civic groups, cities, and schoolsRecruit, develop and train employees and volunteersDevelop and execute business plans including operations, goal setting, and team developmentDemonstrated ability to execute financial strategies including budget management, fundraising, and expense control.Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly effective public speaking capabilities.Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, delegate and execute goals/objectivesProblem solving and analytical skillsChief Executive Officer Background Profile:Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred, not required.10+ years in a director level or higher leadership position.Experience with both strategic program development and day-to-day operations.Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising strategies and donor relations is preferred.Features and Benefits of client:401K with up to 4% matchingPTO Phone allowanceFuel allowanceHealth BenefitsAnnual bonus Frontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
