Partner, you will play a key leadership role in aligning business
objectives with technology product roadmaps, process maturity,
data-driven decision making, and initiative execution. This role
requires managing complex cross-functional teams, establishing
strong business partnerships, driving technology innovation, and
ensuring timely & high-quality project delivery that supports the
company's long-term vision. Additionally, you will serve as the
frontline digital partner for business and department stakeholders
on technology roadmap, project prioritization, data-driven decision
making, process maturity, business case development, and value
delivery.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)Strategy & Business
Partnership: (25%)
- Lead the identification, development, and alignment of business
objectives with technology solutions & initiatives, based on an
understanding of business challenges & opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across
business and departments to maximize opportunities, develop
high-quality business cases, prioritize impactful initiatives, and
drive change management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales/Customer, Corporate
Departments, Finance & ERP, Operations) to scope initiatives, work
with Centers of Excellence for delivery, develop project lookbacks,
maintain visibility of value delivery, and promote digital
adoption.
- Coordinate with other Digital leadership team members on
deliverables related to Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Centers of
Excellence, Software Delivery, and Digital Excellence.Development,
Innovation & Transformation: (25%)
- Partner with stakeholders to manage and deliver on the digital
transformation roadmap with high-quality solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of technology
initiatives, from ideation to continuous improvement, ensuring they
meet desired impacts and customer expectations.
- Work with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather insights,
identify areas for process efficiencies through rationalization,
simplification, and automation.
- Support innovation efforts via technology awareness, POCs,
solution demos, industry benchmarks, etc.
- Manage projects/products to ensure timely delivery within scope
and budget, meeting quality standards.
- Promote data-driven insights and decision-making to enhance
productivity, efficiency, and innovation.Project Management (25%)
- Implement standardized processes for initiative delivery using
global templates.
- Coordinate with regional Digital BP teams to ensure
functionality harmonization, especially for shared platforms like
SAP.
- Develop a repeatable project implementation playbook, including
scope, milestones, tools, and reporting methods.
- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for various
portfolios, including enhancements.
- Create reporting mechanisms, KPIs, analytics, and dashboards
for digital initiatives.
- Track initiative performance, provide updates to leadership,
and seek continuous improvement opportunities.Leadership (25%)
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the Digital
Business Partner team.
- Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability
measures.
- Manage department budgets in collaboration with Centers of
Excellence.
- Foster a high-performance, engaging, collaborative, and
innovative team culture aligned with Simpson's values.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
- Advise executive leadership on technology strategy, team
management, and process improvements.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through stakeholder
engagement, including tools like NPS.DESIRED SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCEIdeal candidates will have:
- 10+ years of proven digital transformation leadership, managing
strategic partnerships, product, or project management in
manufacturing.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related
fields.
- Experience in data-driven financial planning, forecasting, and
decision-making.
- Expertise in Agile project/product management methodologies and
successful delivery of complex digital initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, including
mentoring.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across functions and
levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Data analytics tools,
Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, SAC, Kyriba, Concur, SFDC,
Customer Portal, SAP EWM, AGV, Ignition, SIOP, HighQ, ARAS, BI, and
others.
- Action-oriented, resilient, collaborative, customer-focused,

- Keen analytical skills to understand emerging trends and
business value opportunities.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK
ENVIRONMENTWhile performing this role, you may frequently sit,

environment with standard office equipment.TravelRequires
approximately 25% domestic/international travel.Work Status &
LocationFull-time, exempt role based in Plano, TX, with a hybrid
work schedule (3 days onsite).RelocationRelocation assistance is
not available.Pay$120,900 - $163,200 annually.Rewards at Simpson
