Beacon is currently seeking an Team Lead, Clinical Services to join
our team out of Fort Worth, TX. Under the direction of the Clinical
Supervisor, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the
clinical operations department. This includes staff supervision,
development and implementation of policies and procedures, staff
development, and coordination with all relevant internal and
external stakeholders. Collaborates with the Clinical Supervisor to
assure consistent communication between departments.
What does a typical day look like?
-- Responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of the
Clinical Operations Department; including, but not limited to,
benching of cases with staff, NICE audits, conducting daily rounds
including ICM rounds.

What you Contribute?
Education: A minimum of a M.S. Degree in mental health field
License: Current, valid and unrestricted license in a State or
territory of the United States in a mental health field (RN, Ph.D.,
LCSW/LMSW, LMHC, LPC, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 3 years behavioral healthcare
experience and 2 years managed care experience with a minimum 1
year supervisory experience preferred
