Job DescriptionDescription Summary: This position is responsible
for providing care to assigned patients that meets their physical,
psychological, social, cultural, spiritual, and developmental
needs. Functions as a contributing member of the health care team.
Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED Required * Graduate from
an accredited school of vocational nursing * Experience in clinical
setting preferred * Licensed as a LVN in Texas * BLS Certification
