Registered Nurse RN Med/Surg Nights
Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus (First half paid on first paycheck and second half paid on 1 year anniversary)As a Registered Nurse at Lake Granbury Medical Center (LGMC), you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients. • Deliver care to patients utilizing nursing process
• Assessing and planning care of your patients
• Intervenes as appropriate and evaluates interventions
• Implements safety/infection control measures
• Continuously educates patient and families
• Maintains continuity of care with all departmentsRequirements:
  • TX RN license
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 years of experience as clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program
  • BCLS & ACLS upon hire
  • 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
  • Weekends and Rotating holidays required
